Honestly, I think I'd be okay with bots who *actually* engaged in and enhanced a conversation. I love AI. I have a *lot* of fun experimenting with different ways to prompt LLMs - once had ChatGPT pretend it was Leonardo DaVinci, that he'd been brought forward in time, brought up to speed with all history and tech, and he was giving a TED talk and workshop on how to improve thinking and creativity. It's when the bots make no sense or are just so obviously for lazy farming that it annoys the crap out of me and makes me wanna hex their prompters.
