Im mostly a mobile FC user

which makes me doomscroll like an addict and i end up wasting time instead of doing what i need to do..

when im on desktop i dont have this problem.. my attention span is higher, im more focused and i enjoy FC more cause i dont feel that dopamine need

I'm the opposite.  I don't get much dopamine at all from phone scrolling.  I flow with fingers on keyboard.  I can cozy up and take my time through the feed, relishing every little story, every little piece of themselves that everyone shares.  It's lovely.  Then pound out a cast here and there as my brain spits them out my fingers, hoping at least some do okay.
