He's coming to my city this week.  He'll harp on the water crisis forgetting it was a Republican governor that created it... and that it's mostly resolved at this point, just pending finalization of settlement funds.

Oh, no, he's fundraising in California - but he's coming to Flint later this week and actually campaigning here, apparently.  Doing a town hall and everything.  That's... gonna be interesting...

Flint's been fucked around on all sides for years.  But there's a grass roots community movement here that keeps things going.  Lot of really amazing stuff in this city.  The spirit of the city won't let me leave.  Made a deal with her years ago she had to find a way for me to have my own place - while I was living on a basement floor because I couldn't even afford a bed.  I own a house on 2.5 lots here now.  She's got a strong urge to survive and thrive in spite of those working against that.
