Today was a very slow day.  It's my birthday, and I spent it doing mostly just want I wanted.  Some errands this morning with a friend, and then alternating between reading assigned texts and gaming.  I had one package delivered today, and I need to take the trash to the road, but other than that, if I had a list there would have only been those very few things on it.

I don't have the energy or the desire to pack my days with a massive to do list anymore.

I seek to flow through my life, improving gradually, without hustling to burn myself out.

And days like this are a blissful reminder why I like to move slow.

So I can do what I want to do.
