I’m at my wits end with this “4 star” hotel - how many pillows am I going to end up with? Currently at 11

I had to wait 2 hours for my “accommodations” to be met when I called 5x before arrival to confirm things. They sent me to a room with 0 accom. met. I advocated 4 myself and they keep sending pillows🤬
