Appreciate that American Airlines was easy to work with after our flights were cancelled from last Fridays flight debacles. Appreciate that it happened early enough that we hadn’t arrived to the airport yet, and were able to drive to my Stepdads funeral in time. Many people were stuck and didn’t have that luxury. Many people are still waiting for refunds.
