tried two trader joe's tins while at Idyllwild for Basecamp a few weeks ago

1) lightly smoked salmon -- very good, not too salty, super creamy umami
2) cento flat filet anchovies -- WAYYYY too salty, would not touch this again

Rolled > flats for the anchovies! I think of them less like a standalone and more like a condiment 😅
