I just sent you three PDF reports from UK Finance, BNY Mellon, and BCG on the advantages of tokenization.

TLDR: the principle benefit is, as it always has been in capital markets, fractionalization + ability to do other things with the asset (e.g. post as collateral on an under-collateralized loan obligation).
