The solution is to change the price of 3D/4D names (currently 100/25 tez) by lowering them and by tripling the price of 5D names (currently 1 tez). 5D+ names have always been the main income source of the project.

Rationale: Community feedback indicates that renewing 3D and 4D names is too costly, especially with XTZ under $1. While current pricing doesn't work for the community, we also need to consider future scenarios where a higher XTZ price may make these costs even less attractive.

Rationale: Releasing 1D and 2D names is key for TED DAO to serve the community as an infrastructure naming service. Dutch auctions will ensure these rare domains are put to productive use and offer a more engaging launch.
