Rationale: Community feedback shows 3D and 4D renewal costs are too high given current market conditions, especially with $XTZ below $1. As the price structure isn't working, we need to address these costs both now and when $XTZ potentially rises. Current prices (100/25 tez) aren't sustainable or attractive.

The solution is to lower 3D/4D prices and double 5D names (1 tez) since 5D+ names are the main revenue stream. This price change will align with the release of 1D/2D names, boosting user engagement and DAU metrics.
