small improvements on supercast:
1. degen button is using a new api and @jacek promised that the allowance lag will be max a couple minutes now
2. you can now hover over the following / follower count to see the exact numbers

somebody was pushing for 2) very hard, i don't remember who — if this is you please reply so i can tip some degen :)
