If you’re a believer in ETH, the strategy token (MGST) might be more attractive. For the convertible tokens (participating in USD), the strategy is a bit different.

I am believer in ETH. 

Why would i participate in your strategy with USD; instead of just buying ETH myself? 

This would also give me the potential to sell around the cycle top, instead of riding an entire 4 year cycle with you.
