Salustiano Jerônimo dos Reis - Baron of Camaquã. Salustiano Jerônimo dos Reis was a Brazilian soldier, son of Portuguese brigadier Salustiano Severino dos Reis and Isabel Tomásia Thompson, born in Cisplatina when his father served there. He participated in the Farroupilha Revolution, War against Rosas and the Paraguayan War, having an important role in the Battle of Itororó. In the Battle of Tuiuti he lost his son, Salustio, who was his aide-de-camp. He ended his military career as a marshal. He was commander of the Imperial Order of Saint Benedict of Avis, the Imperial Order of Christ, the Imperial Order of the Rose and an Officer of the Imperial Order of the Cruzeiro. He is buried in the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Cemetery in Porto Alegre.
