What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

Revenue share token, instead of another 1000s’ of governance token that only few big holders are dictating the governance decision, mostly useless and doesn’t really bring any value to holders except when the price goes up. Investors are the best free marketer.
