Just added to the pool. Can I add more to the pool at any time or do I have to unstake, then add to the LP, then restake? I have a feeling it's the latter, but maybe I'm incorrect.

If you create a second lp position you can add that to the pool, I've staked multiple lp positions on the same rewards pool already
