This kettlebell workout from Joe Rogan totally demolished me. 150 push-ups 150 squats 3 sets of single arm swing, 10 per arm 3 sets of shoulder press, 10 per arm 3 sets of windmill, 10 per arm 3 sets of renegade rows. Killer workout

Didn't see that! It seems to be his go-to workout. Also he put Dwayne Johnson through it as well. It's hard af honestly
