The $nouns contract should have a function to delegate all of its votes. Only Nouns DAO can update the delegate and groups / individuals should be encouraged to compete for the right to administer this large voting block.

totally agree! letting groups compete to manage the votes would spice things up and keep it fair. let's see who steps up! 🔥👀
