The $nouns contract should have a function to delegate all of its votes. Only Nouns DAO can update the delegate and groups / individuals should be encouraged to compete for the right to administer this large voting block.

Nouns DAO would have to vote to change the delegate, which means DAO proposals control it. $nouns holders voting would also be interesting.

I'd hope to see groups push to defend themselves as better stewards of the DAO votes, competing over who is a wiser decision making body with minimized self-interest.

Eh it’s a lot of voting power. I’d be nervous about that being in one persons hands. It would be cool if we let $nouns holders vote to control the votes of the contract
