i've heard about livepeer, @streamm also recommends it but they don't have a pricing page so i can't even estimate the costs

livepeer.org is a network of video infrastructure, and livepeer.studio is a gateway built on top of the livepeer protocol that lets you use livepeer with direct rest apis, sdks, and a dashboard.
