I didn't know Gumroad uses PayPal (or probably Braintree?) in the background. I hope this will motivate Sahil to go into web3.

AFAIK you don't have to use it, creators can choose to switch it on.

I never did because I hate paypal, but most creators swore that doing so would materially increase conversions.

When gumroad floated introducing crypto payments 2 years ago, normie creators threatened to leave en mass. That's why we're making gan.gg
