It all depends on what do we want to do: acknowledge the good behavior, or punish the bad one.

I think it brings more joy being on the sunny side. Also I agree that we need a way to signaling potential risky accounts.

Why not? We could turn it into a “go to prison” card or like that kids card game where you need to have 4 of the same and if you are left with the odd one out you loose. 

Once you got the bad badge you gonna have to work to get rid off it
