I'll add to this list: I once lost a sizeable amount when I sent my wallet address to a client and I had accidentally sent the Tether smart contract address instead. How to fix: 1. Wallets should warn if sending to a locked contract (if possible). 2. Ledger should make it easier to grab your own address :( 3. Use ENS

Second I'll add: We need better wallet security. MetaMask or Brave wallet should warn if you're about to sign something that sells your BAYC for a $1. Apps like Stelo do help fix this though. But they shouldn't be separate extensions. Better security is coming but it needs to happen faster.

Yes. Even simple changes within Metamask would help: i.e. changing the icon to show that you are connected to a site. Warning you about TX that will give access to all your collection (they do this finally), etc.

Feel like the warnings they currently show hardly help. Yes, you often want to give the contract access. You just want to give access to the real site and not the phishing website. Or when you sign something you shouldn't, you need to know the result. "This will allow 5 BAYC to be traded for $1." Not "asdjkmhaskdj"
