how do you use prerender to walk through all your dynamic URLs? Also, I´m assumming that you build your backend somewhere? Because if you need an API, where do you host it?

Well, at the end it is a koa server. I would use the default one instead of your solution. Nothing against it, but if you want to add tons of functionality on top of your template I would have to install lots of koa plugins. I guess you don't like cors either?
