It is wild how these particles get into our bodies. When I first realized that pm2.5 and pm10 could block the capillaries of our lungs, I realized how bad this is. Then you learn that you consume microplastic from fish, which can go into your brain. Hopefully we will revert the trend, and be more conscious about plastics.
