hiring was the first big stressful thing on the company side for me, bryce has done a good job making the legal, admin stuff less daunting 

but looking around, hiring has gone well - it has been much more natural a process than I expected, so I've started thinking a lot about management instead 

please drop resource recs on "becoming a better leader, manager" if you have them, trying to level up in 2025 without coming off like this

Also, if you're a tech lead, code with them. You need to know what they are facing to help them. Being a leader or a boss who only talks but doesn't do anything remotely near what her team does is usually a bad sign.
