Good point. Today it's a manifesto and we want feedback to make it real step by step. Your name came to my mind because you were looking for support on urllib3 and I strongly believe that Respair could be a way to give you and the project the support that you were looking for. So, any feedback is appreciated.

It's a fine manifesto but hard to tell what the action is from here. :) How are we going to try to do something differently? What's the next step?

I think the thing is that after talking about it for months we identified 3 areas where something needs to be done that we have experience doing successfully, so rather than saying “why doesn’t someone go do these things” we thought we should start taking steps to do them, and might as well do that publicly.
