the problem is that 3D models will never be able to reproduce what the
building or neighborhood will feel like after is built that's why projects can
look beautiful and stunning on renders but feel unpleasant empty overwhelming and hostile in real life

Modern Arch. is rarely good even when it is very strange or stretches the limits of the materials, in those latter cases it is often jarring.... tradition is a funny thing, it can only be fought against by reason and not sheer bloody-mindedness
