when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual. every thursday was Crypto Club — someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all. forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).

honestly the BEST ritual, miss it! wouldn't have onboarded to ENS without it or gotten my share of PEOPLE tokens.
