no, i am just sad as i stated also kinda bummed people are defaulting to the “are you surprised?” or “this is what people voted for” when that doesn’t answer the question of why, like what’s the actual rationale for this

that’s why I added asking genuinely bc it wasn’t super clear to me from your cast! the mismatch here is that it seems “obvious” that a party that has stated many times its intentions to dismantle federal bodies that it is doing that, so there isn’t an incongruence there but what am i missing?
