yesterday was listening to @ted & @nonlinear.eth talk on the /manysuchcases podcast and they brought up a REALLY good point. we NEED a way to SEE or promote channels on /farcaster. why isn't there an explorer page or a channel advertisement page were some of the top channels or trending channels rotate out? that would be so effective in acquiring new members.

thank you for listening! there may not be enough high quality channels yet, need more people to be taking ownership and supplying and curating content to make a channel feel like a “cozy corner” imo

of course! you all did a really great job :) i think good content comes in many diff forms. there are a LOT of people that want to engage & a lot of people that would really enjoy finding & creating new channels as well. i will say -- people are hesitant bc of the whole 'moxie jail' thing or shall i say the people that would offer quality content are not talking anymore. if you look at the charts, theres a drop-off in engagement when that happened. it went up right after moxie, then the announcement and quiet. also, the main selling feature of channels was that if you buy - you own & can take them anywhere to any client/platform. now that that is on the back burner...why buy? if i decide that wc isnt for me & the top are just too controlling for my taste...all my purchased channels & members stay here. there is no incentive to keep buying anymore. super frustrating.
