a common theme across the 50+ interviews we've done in the last 10 days is that it is HARD for new users to get started, know where to cast, find their footing and like-minded people. starter packs, /gmfarcaster, FC newsletters, and finding a "onboarding buddy" help — what else? what needs to be better? how?

We need more variety of content here and upload times for photos and videos needs to be a lot faster in order for that to happen Content is familiar - frames are foreign to new folks.

agree. i think lots of people hear "content" and immediately think short-form video content, but "content" is a wide design space: code (like generative art), short-form text, long-form text like blogs or newsletters, audio like songs or podcasts, and then video content. i agree frames aren't intuitive (yet)
