i read recently that ‘No’s are free

and i’m still thinking about it

The ability to say “No” is a super power. So many people never want to say it and take on additional work or tasks which can overload you and take you off your path as well as lead to poor outcomes. Saying “Yes” should be for something very meaningful and likely to have the higher quality outcomes you (and others) want.

What’s the worst that could happen if I say: “No thank you.”
