there are many websites where you can buy twitter accounts. I have seen that there are accounts of 100-200k followers for 50$.

yes or 100$ 😅😂 It depends on the account and the person if they are very desperate to sell it. I bought one 4 years ago with 20k followers for 20$ hahaha just to try it out to see how it felt. But I didn't like it because they don't make any sense. 🤣
