I was over the top with my boys tonight before bedtime

I feel embarrassed

Already apologized to them but there is no excuse 

Mostly I’m angry at how I acted when my wife offered to take over because she saw that I was frustrated

I apologized to her as well but damn 

Not a proud parenting moment

OK I've now read this and understand why you prefaced it with reading as totally crazy. You never know though, sometimes genius reads as crazy. 

Will give it the benefit of the doubt.
