can someone explain the aella birthday thing? like what's the appeal generally? what about it appeals to men? or do they not like it? does it appeal to women? like would they want to do a birthday thing too? disclosure: i've only seen SF-based gen Z males posting about this so assume my baseline knowledge is zero

tl;dr aella is in proximity to a lot of right/thiel circles but they have picked up a sex negative wave so she's often used as an example of the evils of sex work / sex positivity
