Your @anoncast posts should be less about the concept of anon and more tea, confessions, and edgy shitposts. If you keep navel gazing and shilling, people will get bored and move on.

had non-FC people with large followings on X reach out about it initially but then all the X posts started to read as $ANON shills and they became immediately disinterested bummed me out

fastest way to delegitimize a novel tech is to attach a useless token to it

$ANON actually has cool utility and they’re experimenting with it so I wouldn’t call it useless my POV is that it’d be cooler to highlight the utility and future potential of it than whatever they were doing

my hot take, crafted gently with love - there's no reason anon-gated functionality shouldn't be an eth or usdc vault except "pamp bags", "bro, community" and "number go up", it has no utility and no decentralized future, it's just a fad and it'll trend to 0 the day the team stops posting updates im tired of pretending. ive created an unholy number of novel token economies, more than anyone ive met. i regret them all. raised $150m+ designing new 2016/2017 "utility tokens", invented dozens of nft/erc20 hybrid mechanisms, two-token schemes, three-token schemes, ive built platforms that have launched literally tens of thousands of memecoins and scenecoins since. you cannot fake utility. you cannot experiment on the fly and like, hope for the best, man. today there's maybe 10 or 20 real crypto assets with any economic future, and i can only name 2 or 3 of them. pretending otherwise is why X users and also most reasonable people would write off anon as soon as we say "$anon".
