+1 to this. i'm not best positioned to do this, but i strongly believe there should be thriving discussions on FC about the same meta trending on CT. people to follow who do seem attuned to the meta: @yuga, @dabit3, @0xluo.eth, @coopahtroopa.eth. who else? big opportunity for newer accounts to help here

His followup is ambiguous at best It reads like he's saying you need to have the broader culture here be interested naturally to begin with. Implying that you can't have dedicated groups of people do content "campaigns" (or something) to bring that culture here and in effect change the culture here by MAKING people here interested in it when they weren't naturally.
