so bots are good if giving $$, but bad if giving replies??

This is why follower counts on Farcaster have always felt really vapid to me. Sure, I have 24k followers, but my engaged audience is probably closer to like 1 or 2k.

fwiw this is true of most social platforms; the best influencers with large followings on instagram or tiktok have engagement rates of 3 - 7%

Wow, I didn’t realize that. Farcaster is my first social experience with more than a few hundred followers.

I’ll have to dig into /intelligent and see if I can drill down to what percentage of my followers are engaged or not.
