not quite, it depends. i felt v disappointed that it was gone, but PMF may depend on what % of users would feel the same. one founder (see link) says +40% of users need to feel v disappointed in order for a platform to have/gain traction. blog.superhuman.com/how-superhuman-built-an-engine-to-find-product-market-fit

Fun fact: I was working with a company recently that used this metric (% that would be “very disappointed”) and I had to point out they accidentally started reporting the % that *wouldn’t* be disappointed Number dropped from 44% to 10% 🫢
