my two cents and in-good-faith interpretation of "not enough interesting content":

@dwr.eth DOES NOT mean that current users aren't interesting enough

@dwr.eth DOES mean that there are not enough of us so that the supply of interesting content on warpcast simply cannot compete with the supply on other platforms

I think content is the secondary reason people come here.

I don’t come here for content. I come here for people.

Warpcast should be focusing more on social networking and less on social media imo.

I don’t go to Facebook for content either. But I still use it everyday.

i think they may agree which is why they’re doubling down on channel as cozy corners and investing resources into it (per the most recent dev call)

i trust they will iterate on the design of joining channels to address your concerns given the existential focus is on growing the network (new users) vs only retaining existing users.

I listened to it and do like that channels are being focused on for sure.

A little nervous about the impact it will have on new channels and creators cause it will no doubt impact content viability for some.
