Hi, I’m new here. My name is Clifford and I’m a musician, designer, yogi and futurist.

I’m launching a substack called Daylighting where I will be exploring Calm Tech, Neuro Aesthetics, and other ideas at the intersection of sound, movement, consciousness and technology.

I think we’re on the edge of a new paradigm, the old one is crumbling, and it’s up to us to envision and build the future we want to see. Right now, I see a lack of imagination in the mainstream tech world. Or rather, a sort of aesthetic color-blindness to the psycho-spiritual dimensions of life. But I believe that with better tools and better systems we can create a much healthier world.

in my first convo with clifford, i learned all about the pain points of the Spotify for Artists platform — another stark reminder that most centralized platforms obfuscate the direct creator-to-fan relationship (sad).
