2.5 hours of exercise every day (cardio and resistance training) and their treadmill is literally on the wall they just facing down spacewalk training happens at a neutral buoyancy lab in houston (like a pool) but holy smokes imagine just being out in space on your own

if earth is a basketball, then the moon is a tennis ball. the ISS is a half inch off the basketball. the distance between the basketball and the tennis ball is 24 feet. going to the moon is so far!!! and we’re going back to the moon in 2025/2026.

wow, focusing on the moon as the path to mars. see it as somewhere to have a more sustained and at some point permanent presence to test everything, etc. woody didn’t comment on whether it’ll be possible for elon’s claim to have manned mission to mars in 4 years (ambitious), whereas NASA taking bet on moon first
