i genuinely think lack of (discovered) demand is the main issue. robust secondary markets work because people actually want the thing in the first place — more than they want to flip it. without that, there's no foundational signal of interest and therefore price discovery is speculative noise.

please correct me if this doesn't follow, but it sounds like you are saying that "right click - save" is the root of the problem here like there's no scarcity beyond speculative scarcity and no real reason to actually own these assets
