Why are there not more IPOs right now? Market isn’t in a terrible position, it was stronger a few months ago even.

If anything they are expecting to go down, wouldn’t that be an incentive to IPO before hand? 

(Obvs not an IPO expert)

Companies need 6-18 months before to put the systems and procedures in place before being able to go IPO. 

Also they need to feel that they can give a positive picture for 12 months + out for there to be demand. If things have been flat or down the last 6-12 months not great picture as well.
