For registered Democrats: how do you feel about not having a choice in the nominee? Seems odd that there wasn’t at least some attempt at a process and maybe one televised debate?

Not registered Dem, but have always voted Dem. Not great. Biden or Kamala were not my choices even a year ago, was pulling for a miracle from Dean Philips. But alas. I agree with all of the critiques of the Dem party, basically being an administrative state. But, I still prefer rule of law and believe “burn it all down/bulldoze it” is not the policy I prefer. I’m also an internationalist, and can’t see myself voting for a nationalist/isolationist. Take that as you will.

yah, when the right pitches itself as the party of freedom, i think immediately of the concentration camps for 20M people they want to erect and deport, and the total ban on abortion. many dems are wildly incompetent and/or malicious, but i’ll take them over the fascists any day of the week
