two years ago i tore my ACL, went through surgery, and spent over a year rehabbing. i wasn't sure i'd come back to serious ultimate (im 37 years old — well past my prime). i did end up playing that season, but at reduced capacity.

this weekend i was back on the field at full strength to help lead my team to a 4-2 record and a spot at Regionals.

if you're dealing with injuries, i feel you and i believe if you do the right things every day you'll get through em. and if life's good, take a sec to enjoy it cuz its pretty fucking cool that we get so much joy out of just running around playing made-up games with other ppl.
