Network States

People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

- good weather
- clean basic infrastructure (water & sewerage)
- some sort of body of water nearby, beach :)
- airport access, ideally a major hub but maybe one hop is ok
- strong property rights, i should be able to do whatever I want on a piece of property I own
- it should be large (I’ve seen NS’s that are like a city block, I want more space) 
- great hospital
- crypto enabled (payments, access, voting, transparency, etc)
