In regards to the rewards emissions decrease:

Lets compare to halvings in the Bitcoin world. Emissions are cut in half, which is:
- bad for miner revenue
- Hugely bullish for BTC hodlers since sell pressure from miners is cut in half

In Moxie, you are both the miner and the hodler. Rewards have been cut in half (in Moxie terms), but the bullish side of this is the reduced emissions of Moxie. 

Reduced emissions == reduced sell pressure

For the project to succeed, the price of Moxie needs to increase over time. This reduced emissions is the path forward to get there. 

Don't forget MOXIE/USD is up 42% in the last month.

I think moxie prices Will be up because the moxie token has a limited supply

In my case, I have a lot of fantoken, so I totally agree.  The moxie farmers may be unhappy with the reduced daily moxie rewards

Currently, half of the moxie tokens are available for trading

Degen prices are going up, and I think the next one is moxie
