My mother always told me to reduce the circle of people around me. I didn't realize until I was thirty how harmful it was to have too many friends around me, but now I know how to create this safe space for myself with fewer people.

in my youth I also loved to be surrounded by many friends, over the years the circle has become much narrower but these are dear people๐๐ท๐ซถ
