Thanks for asking, it's a common question:

Airdrop 2 point allocations are handled off-chain. Once claims open up (2-3 weeks) $degen tipped to you can be claimed. So nothing's moving on-chain until then.

The @ degentip bot uses /actual/ $degen from the wallet you asked it to create and is unrelated to airdrop 2.

So if I tip 42000 degen,  you get that much allocated at the next airdrop? Does it ever come out of my wallet? I haven't seen trxs come out for tips yet

Airdrop 2 token allocations are handled off-chain; there's no tx until people claim those points for $degen in a few weeks.

Tipping past your daily amount, it just exhausts what you have and tips that.
